The above quote i think is very true... Im a junk... cos Im not perfect... got these from Cinthia's blog... something that really bring me the remembrance of how God is good and faithful... yupz... Past week was kinda of hard to past... but well... i thank God i have friends that listen to me and support me... sorry for imposing on you all... yupz... Today had a good and productive day doing my EC3303 Tutorial that needs to hand up... but wanna apologize to Sharon! i missed lunch with you!! so sorry!!!

Anyway got the photos taken at Settler's Cafe with church people... a bunch of always supportive, fun and caring people... never feel left out when I'm with them... even though i did not spend much time with them... people like Zheng Ying, Yuan tai, Jing Hui, Pei Yun, Liwei, Lips and more... heres a picture of these wonderful people =)

Reaction

Realised in life... 10% is what has happened... 90% is how u react... yes... In life... it is the 90% that reveals who we are in character... sometimes this 90% we did affects other... for example... A man gambles... He lost money... then he thinks.. "oh no i got no money.. maybe i borrow some money i can recoup my lost" ... so how he react... go borrow from loansharks... not bearing that his reaction is going to harm his family in the latter... lets bring it closer to us... like when u flare up when something happens... ur reaction of flare might hurt the feelings of the ones around... especially those have anger problem and violence tendancy... who i know of a fren that the boyfren will beat her up whenever he is angry... yupz... sometimes how we react to certain situation really affects the ppl around us...

Anyway... recently was once again the valley of my life once again... i wander when i will walk out of this... but i know one day the sun will shine again... guess my feelings are rather numb at times... one thing i know is that delay is never denial... sometimes the emotions part is the tough part to overcome.... especially when certain things triggers u... in the midst of all these... im still hanging on... hoping this storm will end soon...

Anyway CNY is coming.. i hate doing CNY shopping... i hate last minute need to buy clothes just for the sake of CNY... which soemtimes things bought in complusion don't really make me like the things i bought... soon will post my timetable... gotta sign off....

Recession Flu

Asia Markets are going down and down every single day as the first wave of the Bear hits Asia due to unsatisfactory perfomance by US Economy... my EC2102 Macroeconmics Analysis I textbook author which is the Fed reserve Chief Ben Bernanke made a Tax cut of 75 basis point i guess it adds fear instead of comfort as such steep cut signals the economy is doing really bad... i guess the recession will continue with uncertainties of US presidential elections, subprime and oil prices... which today the relief is temporary only...

Globalisation makes the world smaller which the effects can be seen here when US has a flu and sneeze... the whole world gets infected too... like Asia

Sharkwaters

Currently I think this movie is only shown in Shaw... This Movie is more like documentary which feature about sharks and conservation... think is a nice show.. kind of interested to watch... I watched the trailer... kind of explain why i don't eat shark fins anymore... cruel....

Back to Jurong West!

After 3 Long Years since the church move from JW (Jurong West) to Expo... Today is the first time i attended a service in Jurong West... Jurong West Church is the place God found me back again... is the place i got water baptised... is the place i feel accepted... is the place we had overnight prayer meetings, Weekday Conferences and many more... Life growing up as a Christian starts and develop there.... yupz... the presence was very strong... had a great service... oh my i love jurong west.... Today service seems to life up my confidence.... is like a lot of my desires... i always got disappointments... not having the self confidence always wanna proof to ppl... but well.... is time to build it up again after so many years of disappointments... always remembering this revelation "God will never shortchange me"

Printing Notes

Printing Notes has never been so stress and time consuming when it comes to GE2218 where i spent 4hrs doing it... oh my... whole stack of notes cost 44 dollars with binding... oh my.... wicked sick amount of readings... this sem readings and textbook cost me a bomb... estimated around $200 for 4 modules... oh my....

Looking for diving buddies soon to plan trip to faraway nice places... talking about diving... after diving for so long in Sentosa... realise the moon plays a part in the water visibility... dun go during 1st and 15th day of the lunar month... try to go like on th 7th and 22nd like that... thats so far the pattern i observed...

Safe and Sound

well.. as the title suggest this week at work encountered 3 dangerous incident... number one i kena chased by sea snake... second i almost kena stung by stonefish.... lastly i experience the verge of out of air... where the air u breath is so thin that it is almost vacum... anyway got up to the surface in time... yeah... work is ending soon... 9 more flow sleeves to go and the job is totally done... well this week the visibility got better... especially today when u can see the seabed... saw 3 different kinds of nudibranches.... lots of fishes today and yesterday... stonefish as i mentioned... and more.. Guess Songs of the Sea those kampong huts below is going to become an artifical reef soon... Singapore Marine life is quite gd... just that the vis is bad.... soon will be going further out to explore with my boss ... yeah... maybe will be trying Nitrox soon...

Backed to School

Today first day of school.. pretty ok... went to school after working in Sentosa... saw a few frens in school... is been a while i see them... anyway today's lecture i got the fright of my life time... i wonder how i going to do it... guess this sem is going to be a tough sem... gotta work hard soon...

Anyway learn something meaningful on Saturday... is like a glass jar.. is filled with stones firstly, gravel secondly , sand thirdly and water lastly... many will say in life there is always ways to squeeze things in the time we have... but the more better way of seeing it is that the time u have in life we gotta give priority to those important ones... is like firstly we put the large stone which is the important things in life... then gravel will be the lesser one.. and so on... if we dun put the large stone by setting priority in the important things in life ... we are not able to fill up the jar fully... the whole illustration is to let us realise that in life we gotta put our priorities right in order to life a full life... like the full jar...

Remnants

Somehow things of the past still huants and grips my heart... plus the uncertainties of the future seems to overwelm me.... well but still gotta lift my head up and move forward.... sometime at night or time when im alone... such crap happens... but life still goes on.... schools starting... hope things will be better.... currently still thinking of the goals i wanna set this year...

Torn

Yupz... as the title suggests... my 2 yrs old oceanic wetsuit is torn with hole at the knee area thanks to the strong surge while working at Song of the sea that pushes me to hit against the sharp barnacles... but Thank god got wetsuit if not my knees will suffer nasty injuries... not mentioning my Mares fins scratched like mad now... Quite heartache actually as these things are bought with the money i earn working... guess maybe is time to replace with new equipment during dive expo this yr April...

Anyway feel very Glad i got my final module EC3332 - Money and Banking I ... at rather expensive price of 202 programme points... hahaha.. which means next sem i gonna have 1.7k of points to exploit... according to Jessica my school fren, i realized that module preference exercise is based on random or balloting basis! oh my!!! so felt really grateful this sem i got 3 pre allocated! now next hurdle will be Tutorial balloting... hope this yr balloting will land in my favour once again... This coming sem will be gd as most of my lesson start at 12pm! lol.... can nua in bed longer liaoz :P and CNY is coming!!! $$$$$!!!! lol oops... yeah... Finally was quite shocked MC king passed away.. watch the shows he is in since young.. he is very good!... a talent is lost... life is fragile... cherish the ppl around u!

Yst was looking at PADI master scuba diver programme... was kind of interested to go for it... but if i pay another 600 dollar i will become a divemaster... hmmm should i or should i not... or both of them dun do save the money go Taiwan? hmmmm....
