Tioman

Was out diving at Tioman over the earth day weekend... Was doing my deep diver specialty course and currently left one more dive to certification.... This trip was a big group... great training for Adam as a DMT for such a large group.... A lot of people say Tioman dive sites are boring and dead... however this is not true....I had a total of 5 dives over the weekend at Soyak Island, Pirate Reef, Renggis Island, Marine Park and Tomok. Guess the only boring dive was marine park as the vis was extremely poor due to many OWD students... I managed to see many marine creatures that the island could promise... during the 2 days of diving... managed to see nice Nudibranches, Black Tip Reef Sharks, Turtles, White Banded Sea Snake, Cuttlefish, Glass Shrimps, Great Barracudas, school of Barracudas and more.... Marine life beyond the sandy patch from the reef seemed to be untouched and different.... there are many soft corals at the sandy patch at great depth away from the reef... Guess I might go back to do more exploratory dives...

On the other hand... manage to make more new frens and get to know some frens better... ppl like Dave, Xin Hua, Nana, Erny, Raymond, Yumi, Chandra, Adam, Junaida. Look forward to dive with u all again! Perhaps I shall go Dayang over the Vesak Day long weekend.

Realistic

Today was at the train heading home after borrwing an advanced open water manual from my fren for my Deep Dive Specialty this weekend at Tioman... I managed to see an article from a local chinese newspaper reporting about how income affect a rating of a woman towards a man.... For example... there is Man A, B and C. Based on looks and initial interactions with the man. The women gave their ratings for the man... not knowing the man individual income yet... Man A scored a 8, Man B scored a 6 and Man C scored a 3.5 .... after releasing the income of each man... the ratings are ... Man A with income 2400 dollars a month scored a 6.... Man B with income 5600 scored a 8 and Man C with income of 8200 scored a 8.... conclusion is that nowadays A significant number Singaporean woman are very realistic... once knowing the income the rating changes.... which gives me an idea they like $$$ not the man.... For me I totally dun like girls after my money... I felt that is important to have $$$ but is not everything...

Knowing all these... i realised there is a disequilibirum in woman and man... lets look at this in a rationale view... assuming 2 woman... 1 high upkeep 1 lowupkeep... both are pretty and both character same (homgenous good)... rich man has a choice... a rationale man will choose the one lowupkeep... easier for him to make his wife happy .... happy wife happy husband.... Hence rich man prefer ladies with low upkeep who dun look high up to $$$ ... therefore... there is a mismatch....

Perhaps i am single until now cos i have not met D one.... yeapz... is kind of hard to find girls who are not $$ driven and orientated.... is a rare gem to find girls who are not realistic and looks things is a more "humanistic" way.... perhaps what i share ppl may not agree... but this is just my opinion.... =)

Confirmation

Perhentian Trip had been a gd one... though vis is bad... but manage to get to know a few more divers during the trip... though i had not been dive lead for almost 1.5yrs... but manage to pick everything up by the 2nd day of diving.... though 1st day was rather unorganised... with the help of Jia Xing and Hans.... I manage to pick everything up again... Hans from Perhentian had been a gd dive lead and also an mentor to me regarding dive leading... really appreciated it... I dun mind going perhentian but i might take the train or budget flight option cos travelling by bus is extremely tiring...

Work had been busy for the past 2 weeks... begin to tah bao work home to do in order to finish in time... though been thru a lot of reprimanding... but i felt as long as i am moving forward... its worth... treating it part of the process to learn for a higher position in future....

Finally managed to get my confirmation... is like finally... would like to thanks the team for the support for the 6 months and my direct report for all the patience and guidance... =)
