ADEX

After a year wait, ADEX 2010 is finally here. I personally felt that it is so much better than last year. Kuddos to Asian Diver taking ADEX back and make it for divers and divers wannabe... After looking at all the award winning photos... I kind of miss taking photos underwater... currently my camera and housing is spoilt and I gotta stop taking it indefinately.... For the past 2 years of taking photos... I manage to dig out the photos i taken i chose my favourite 5 =) Hence, do help me chose which photo is the best by tagging it on my tagboard or commenting it. Thanks.

Confirmation

Perhentian Trip had been a gd one... though vis is bad... but manage to get to know a few more divers during the trip... though i had not been dive lead for almost 1.5yrs... but manage to pick everything up by the 2nd day of diving.... though 1st day was rather unorganised... with the help of Jia Xing and Hans.... I manage to pick everything up again... Hans from Perhentian had been a gd dive lead and also an mentor to me regarding dive leading... really appreciated it... I dun mind going perhentian but i might take the train or budget flight option cos travelling by bus is extremely tiring...

Work had been busy for the past 2 weeks... begin to tah bao work home to do in order to finish in time... though been thru a lot of reprimanding... but i felt as long as i am moving forward... its worth... treating it part of the process to learn for a higher position in future....

Finally managed to get my confirmation... is like finally... would like to thanks the team for the support for the 6 months and my direct report for all the patience and guidance... =)

Public Commuting Woes

Yes. As a public transport user, there are certain unpleasant incidents or phenomena I am experiencing recently....

1) People who frantically push their way through up the bus or train, which you find boarding the bus or train seems to be automated as the crowd pushes you up the bus or train.

2) People who doesn't realise that there is an invention called the earphones. They have to broadcast their favourite hits and video and worst of all nobody had the same preference with them.

3) People who fell asleep and lean on you as their pillow. To make things worse, they are drooling. Ewww.

4) You gotta wait for 20 mins for your bus which took 5 mins to reach your house.

5) People who like to open their leg so wide that they frantically occupy your leg room space causing you to squeeze your B*lls all the time.

6) People who try to board the bus that is so full that their presence at the entrance caused the whole bus to wait for them as the door could not be closed.

7) Being a minority commuting in public transport.

Fortunately, the time to commute between my home and workplace is short. Hence, its not so bad. But still, I hate morning and evening rush traffic =(

Ignore

Just had a random thought that Ignore seems to be an easy way out of some situation/problems... but on the other hand... Ignore can be very painful to another party.... speaking from a perspective of a victim which I had been one many times...

The imperfection of people seems to bring many complications in relationships between one another... imperfection seems to be an adverse attribute in life.... however I think imperfection can be a "tool" or "catalyst" to mature one being by teaching us how to manage expectations and balance things in life.... guess is true that life is a lesson itself.... some people learn about life in a harsh way... some would learn in a less harsh condition....

Was talking to someone today I think most of us do live in a well conditioned society... or in other words... a sheltered environment.... we think we can conquer the world but when we step out... oh uh... things dun seem to be what we thought.... I guess I observed some of the people whom i observed in the younger generation... some of them think they know everything but deep within themselves they seem not... they would brag they know this and that plus they had been through this and that... but when something happens they press the panic button and go running helter skelter.... guess the analogy of "lap sa jiak, lap sa dua" in hokkien seems to be true for life too... kids who are orphans or need to support the family at a young age seem to be more matured than their peers....

Opps i guess been thinking too much... hope i make some sense in the above thoughts.... =)

Bali Trip

Nice trip to Bali with nice and accomodating friends like John, Shi Hui, Waiyin, Julynn, Geoff, Geoff's Wife, Audrey, Marvin. Had fun and stayed in a wonderful villa. Kind of regret I do not have a DSLR... if not i will be going around shooting away... anyway here are the photos taken by my Phone's Camera. Enjoy!

I think Heaven loves to play a joke in my life seriously.... Imagine when everyone are in the mood of Valentines day today... Guess what? I met 2 person I like before which didn't materialise on the same day today.... yeah ... FML....

Any Happy CNY to everyone.... will be out of action for a while.... so not gonna blog often or even at all... been busy and such... will start once the feeling is back...

How to Catch Food Thief in Hall

Sorry for the stagnant blog as I was busy during work and stuff.... Haha anyway... how to catch thief in the hall you stay whom always steal ur food? One good way is to buy food that the thief steals often from the basket of stuff u got in Hall... then u add some laxative to it. After the food is gone... u pay attention who in the hall had diaherrea... the one who had it is the culprit and he or she deserve to stay in the toilet to clear his or her bowels LOL!
